About Britewater

Britewater was established in 1991 by Dr. Graham Ibbotson and Paul Trematick to provide air and water hygiene services. The outbreaks of Legionnaires disease and subsequent legislation provided a market need for specialist hygiene companies.

Since 1991 Britewater has grown, providing Legionella Management & Risk Assessments of water systems. Supplying water treatment, chemicals for cleaning and inhibiting various systems, all backed up by a full Field Support Service.

Britewater operates nationally in the air and water hygiene industry, handling both small and major contracts for large Universities, Companies and Government bodies.

Britewater has a team of over 25 qualified and experienced personnel overcoming air and water-related problems, providing a clean environment and leaving clients free to manage their business.

Britewater offers a qualitative consultancy and has invested in the latest technology to provide a range of practical field hygiene services to overcome these problems and provide a safe environment for a building’s occupants, both customers and staff.

Britewater is a BS/EN/ISO 9001 Quality Assured Company and is a member of WMS, HVCA and The Legionella Control Association.
