How does it work?

The Prime Water Shower system is based on a replaceable membrane cartridge which is inserted into the shower head handle. Shower heads are available in white or chrome finishes, with options for a disposable cartridge system or a minimal maintenance version where the shower head handle and membrane cartridge are replaced in full.

The effective service life of the product is variable depending on local water conditions but European guidelines prescribe replacement on a six-monthly basis. However, where service life is likely to be compromised by water quality, the Prime Water pre-filter for legionella safe showers offers enhanced pre-filtering (optionally available with carbon to supplement filtering to improve eliminate bad taste and odour) to extend the working life of the membranes inside the shower handle.
